Late afternoon trip on the Transcon

After attempting to catch some trains on the local subdivisions and finding cloudy skies and common power, I decided to take a side trip off to BNSF Transcon around Ludlow and Amboy Californina.
Starting late in the day by the time I reached Ludlow in late afternoon. Trains were running 2 to 1 westbound. But the shadows were getting longer so photo ops were short lived.
But here's three photos I did take:

Very nice photo. How long was the time exposure on that photo? Also, you have the same link twice, just to let you know. :wink:

oops,now how did I do that ? it's corrected now...
The crossing photo was taken with a Canon Digital Rebel, 28-80mm lense, exposure 5 seconds, at 200 ISO. Just moments before traffic appeared on both sides of the crossing.
