I've had my suspicions for quite a while but this drives it home:

Anything with a prancing pony on the nose is fair game around here!
And absolutely no disrespect to the photographer.

There isn't anything wrong with the shot. Its an interesting overview of a busy yard scene. If it were BNSF or any other railroad it would have been accepted also. I fail to see the need for your post.

While I am not a big fan of NS either, I think it is a interesting pic of a typical interchange or busy yard, and very well done. Sounds like you just have an axe to grind against someone or the NS itself

The shot is a unique one. How often do you see 3 westbounds waiting to depart at the same time right next to each other.

No axes to grind here. 90% of what I submit is accepted and I don't cry about the other 10% so I don't have a problem with the screeners. I've got no problems with anyone on this site. Just voicing an opinion.
Have a nice weekend!

and opinions are always welcome...I to liked that shot and all the "symatry" of the cars and such...it would have looked just as good with CSX or UP power...maybe not so good with BNSF

I promise NS does not get you in. I have had plenty of my NS stuff rejected. But it is thier site, they pay the bills and I am happy with what I do have online :-)

Personally, I don't think NS gets much love, at least as far as viewership goes. By far, my least-viewed photos are my NS ones...
