All three of them look like the color is off, Number 2 will never get in due to the fact the unit is frontcoupled, and you cut off the lead unit. That one is best for the personal archives

In the first photo the focus is very soft.

Second photo is blurred, suffers from soft focus, and is nothing more than a rear end rostershot.

In the third photo it too seems to suffer from soft focus. There is also the issue of poor composition, because the train is nearly dead center of the frame, is distant and there is also a bunch of junk in the left hand side of the frame. I know you probably could not have done it, but had you been able to stand closer to the work crew, say up where the furthest away orange colored post is standing, you may have been able to get a workable shot which had the train passing the crew. Where you were standing is just doesn't work.

Sorry, but none of these photos have a chance of being accepted. Better luck next time.

If you still have the original of the third image...you might be able to fix it.

The Amtrak train is too centered. Cut off some of the trees on the right. A little off of the left and bottom. Level it and sharpen it.

Looks like you possibly did your edit in jpeg format? If so, edit in a different format and return it to jpeg on the final save. Your image quality will be better.

They actually look oversharpened to me..
I think the 3rd one is the only one with a chance. Visually interesting photo. Did you sharpen before you uploaded? Do you have internal camera sharpening on?

I sharpened them on my computer. I'll try and make some of those changes. Maybe a little less highlights in the photo?

I agree with Luke, the only one with a chance of getting on is the third. Dont even waste you time on the others, sorry.
