Poor Lighting Too Dark

I'm afraid if I brighten it up anymore, it'll be overexposed. Can somebody please help me? This train had a very nice consist, and I am excited to get it accepted. Thanks!

Well, quite frankly, I'd just let that one slide from being in the database. Not that it's a bad photo, but just not quite "best work" material asked for by the database criteria.
