I used the wires as a judge, and there are no big halos around them. Maybe a tich, but anything less would be undersharpened.

Check the left side of the frame. The trees and the brown grass stands out as majorly oversharpened to me. So does the ballast. Keep working on it. There's a really good shot trying to get out.

How can you tell? I cant find any lines in the trees, what am I missing? Im sure you are right, just not seeing it myself.

At the risk of sounding very untechnical, the trees and grass just don't look right. The engines are very sharp, too. here's a difference between a tack sharp shot and one that's just been oversharpened. It's actually coming across as Poor Image Quality. Way too much sharpening.

Besides the general appearance, if you look at the higher of the two power lines across the top you will see haloing, which serves to confirm the diagnosis.

As for the caption, you say the engines are leaning into the curve but they appear to be on tangent track to me.

The railings on the two locomotives have the spiral look as does the trees,
and as Janus said you have a lean, look at the sign on the right it appears to be on the same angle as the train
