The following photo was rejected for foreground clutter and for an object obstructing the train. Is there any way I can crop the photo to fix this? Unfortunately, shooting in this location is limited by a number of trees/bushes blocking the tracks. This photo was one of my favorites from the trip, and I'd greatly appreaciate any help I can get to fix it:

Except for that one dumb tree in front of the Amtube, its a great shot. Very scenic - for Connecticut....
One thing about the wires, if you want to get the "jagged-ness" out of them, use your editor program and get the "smudge brush". On my program I use size 15 and pressure about 3. But try a small area first and if you need more or less for your program you can always undo and adjust. Just click and holding down slowly drag right along each wire. You do not want to mess them up - you are just smoothing them out.
I used that technique on this shot - when I scanned it, the wires got jagged a minute later, it looked like the original.

I cropped it a bit tighter (removing some of the debris at the bottom), and it got accepted: :)

And thank you David for the suggestion about the wires, I didn't go too heavy on it with the smudge tool but it made a bit of an improvement.
