The sky is definitely noisy.

I agree with Paolo. The sky has a definite speckled appearance to it. It looks to me almost like a picture shot with ISO 800 film in daylight . . .

Think it has to much contrast is why the noise showed up, And is way over sharp to, I don't see how it made it in. I know it is in but uploading a better one by Re submit is painless compared to get one on the first time.

Looks much better, can I ask how you corrected the problem?

I went back to the Original photo didnt sharpen it as much and adjusted the color a little bit.
