Poor Color Depth.......Help!

I keep getting this photo rejected for poor color depth. I use Paint shop pro. Anyone know what I can do to fix it. Thanks in advance!

The color does look a tad odd. Try adjusting the levels and desaturate just a tad and see if that helps any.

Back off on the magenta in particular. Also, it could stand to have the edges sharpened a tad and the fleck of dust above the cab removed. The lighting and exposure are very good.

You will need to either rescan the image, or clone out all of the scanner dirt, before uploading it as well. This is especially visible in the sky.
