As i walked passed the back doors on the PA railroad museum at strasburg, i noticed this little guy sitting in the back, it appeared to have a pantograph on top, and a bunch of other things i couldn't identify. So, i snapped a picture of it with the intent of asking if anyone knew what it is. (I asked the employes, none of them knew)
