Presidential Obs?

Today as the Cardinal headed east through St. Albans, WV FLNX 3 brought up the rear, wearing what looked like Air Force One colors. It is a priviate car that, I think, belongs to North Star Charters and may be heading to Washington D.C. for this weeks festivities.

The car is Wheeling and Lake Erie. out of Ohio I believe.
Why the shrub would want to take train is beyond me, him and his party have made biggest effort to kill any and all trains.
