Saw a new section on the homepage called Top Shots, what's this all about?

Every night at midnight server time (1am Eastern, 10pm Pacific), these photos will be updated with the most popular photo from the past 24 hours, and week, respectively.
It's basically just the most popular photo of the last day, and week.
