View Full Version : Thank you RailPictures.Net
Today, the owner of Cordova Bay Station (http://pacificcoast.net/~slim/) has asked me if he could use this photo of mine on his website:
<a href="http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=28493">http://www.railpictures.net/images/o/OC.jpg.17984.thumb
Click for Full-Size</a>
I agreed, and the photo will soon be published. Now I know that some of you pros out there probably have tons of phots published and used by other websites. However, for a beginner like me, this is a big accomplishment.
But this would never have been possible on my own. I must thank Chris Kilroy and Chris Starnes for providing this great site for photographers of all levels to share their work. I also want to thank Curtis Wininger and E.M. Bell, KD4JSL, the screeners, for accepting my shot. Lastly, I want to thank all of you co-photographers, you guys have all been very helpful.

Congratulations!
Well done! I know exactly how you feel because one of my plane pictures got printed in a Ukranian magazine a few weeks back! I got a copy of it and am now carrying it to every airport I go just in case someone is interested.
I may not know what the article is about (it is not even in the roman alphabet), but I can surely read the name under the pic!
Let the bragging begin! :D

Congrats ICE.
I have had several things published in newsletters/websites as a result of having them here on RailPictures. I even made a little $$ off of one of them :D
