No reason or e-mail for rejection

Got a neat photo and sent it in, got no e-mail saying reason at all, and was not in queue. a little help

Looks like it could benefit from from about a half degree counter-clockwise rotation. That would probably explain the rejection, but not why you didn't get an e-mail about it.
