I just got a Nikon D3100 for my birthday and I am so excited to start using it! I really like all the features it has and I think it should serve me for a long time. I also got three lenses. The Nikkor 18-55mm the Nikkor28-105mm and the Nikkor 70-300mm.
Does anyone else have the D3100? Please tell me anything you like or dislike about it.
Thanks and happy railfaning.

I used a Nikon D3100 before with the 18-55 55-250 lenses. It works fine, but of course, being a Canon guy, I found it rather atrocious.

Congrats, Sounds like a great start, I've only had one opportunity to play with the 3100 at Target, it was a pretty nice little camera. Whenever get in the market for new lenses go with the 16-85 VR, makes a good companion to a 70-300/200 zoom. ;)

Atrocious? Felt like a Canon Rebel that was put together with less plastic to me.. Yeah I went there.
