Just a quicky...
Fresh snow makes it appear solid white. So ya, it looks under exposed. Look at the left on the snowbanks and you can see the texture in the snow. I sent a appeal to tell the screnner. "
The reason I am, the snow is fresh so it appears to be "white" look on the left at the snow bank for snow texture. thanx"

To be honest, it does look about -1.25 stops underexposed to me. It also appears to be slightly out of focus.

From my experience, large, flakey snow like this makes it near impossible to get a wedgie that is acceptable.
Looks like the camera focused in on the foreground snow. Brunswick is right about it being underexposed; I have had the worst time successfully getting a correct exposure in snow like this.

Okay thanx..
I just want to get my 100 photo  hehehe
It shows to be Sunny Friday, and the sun is about 1/6 of the way over the cloud on the weather report so hopefully something then!
Thanks again for the tips.
Here is the train.. A very intresting one for out here. This is the first time I saw a train with about 40 coal loads.

I know what you mean. Now that I am 8 shy of 400, it is (I am sure the screeners are sighing with relief) quality over quantity.
I took to heart, the screener's suggestions, "save this one for your personal collection." And that is really the essence of my site. Even that has changed from uploading everything I have shot to my absolute favorites.
I enjoyed your vehicles on flatcars page. I got some shots of garbage trucks sitting outside Progressive Rail.
