Reason for rejection: Horizon Unlevel
That is truely funny because the locos are leaning into a curve.

I know this picture is dark but still something nice for yall to look at. Clouds are amazing with the sun covering only the lead unit because it was just peaking through the clouds.

Appeal the first one. You may have to play with the levels in the second.

The top one still seems to me unlevel. Try rotating it CCW 1.2 degrees--just a hunch. The track in the foreground just seems tilted oddly.
As for the second one, it is poorly cropped and maybe a little dark. But yes, it is a nice atmosphere, but missing the right side of the loco is distracting.

What are you talking about on that? If you scroll over you will see I dropped the shutter right before any part of the loco left the viewfinder.

I do think the first one is still tilted a touch. The poster above is right, I think. Look at the telegraph poles, for example; they're not vertical, and they all seem to tilt about the same amount.
The second: I'd play with the levels, for sure.
