Hmm, well. I saved it and tried some Photoshopping. One can get a bit more detail with careful levels/contrast and filters, especially stopping the nose being quite such a white blob and showing a little detail. You might want to try. Just try once, though; if they say no twice, give it up.

I personally think it's cropped a little too close, too.
