I do not understand why this photo was rejected. Can it be saved?

Well first of all, RP is now being strict as to the aspect ratios of the photos. Meaning that it should be "closer to 1024x768." More like the shape of your computer monitor. And next it has that fence in the way, and RP definately doesn't like that.

Yeah, the size is way too small and the fence is a big no-no.
