Sunday found Caleb and myself out enjoying warm(er) weather. We decided to spend a lazy day around Danville watching, and shooting the good stuff. Traffic was rather light (typical for a Sunday), but we caught a few good ones..here are the results.

223 with the NS 6700 at East Harrodsburg shorlty after Sunrise


223 again at Moreland. The 6700 leading this train was the last SD60 purchased by the NS


I-87 gets ready to head West behind a Single SD70m


177 with a UP SD70m passes under the Buster Pike Bridge at North Wye


215 crosses over at the wye to get around a crewless 375

Late in the day we got word that 168 would be leaving Danville with a BNSF H painted GE and a Warbonnett. Here he is Harrodsburg. If you look close, you can see RP contributer JR "Shack" Russell in the cab, doing his part to make NS some money


168 winds around the famous Waddy S-Curve just before Dark....

We have tons of snow (almost too much) up here in Conn.
