Nice map. Seems like an pretty interesting railway.
I, personally, would write it as OCR because its called a railway, not a railroad. I noticed that on the map they call it OCRR but then in the overview they call it OCR. Also in the overview they say that, "The railway reports using the mark OCRR." So I guess it would be correct to use OCRR.
Btw, is this railway owned by CN?
"The Ottawa Central Railway (OCR), owned by the Quebec Railway Corporation...."
I guess they still have some ties to CN, though...seeing it's on their website

The correct reporting marks are OCRR. The railway operates on the former CN trackage from the Nation's Capital in Ottawa, ON. to the connection on the busy Montreal-Toronto CANADIAN NATIONAL mainline at the junction at Coteau, QC where the two raiways interchange freight cars. THe map in the link shows this clearly. The OLO line on the map is another shortline called ONTARIO L'ORIGNAL* (French for "Moose") , which operates one train each way a couple of times per week with a pair of GP9's with chopped noses. There is also several VIA trains per day between MTL-OTT that utilize the OTTAWA CENTRAL trackage.
The OCRR Alco locomotives are all ex-CP RAIL units painted in an attractive black, yellow with large white OTTAWA CENTRAL lettering. OCRR rosters seven RS18u's, one C424, two leased LLPX GP38-2's (I believe they are in UNION PACIFIC colour scheme with LLPX in red on the cab sides. As well, at the Walkey Yard shop in Ottawa there are two C424's and One RS18 which were acquired in non-operating condition from NEW BRUNSWICK EAST COAST, which is another shortline owned by Quebec Raiwayl Corporation
Wow...thanks for all that information!
