I haven't heard much news on this one in a couple of years, though I've wondered about it. Just as I suspected, they are not operating after their last customer (Arizona Chemical) shut down.

The line may get a new lease on life, and it's good G&W hasn't already thrown in the towel and may be able to help the port attract business.

Hope they find a way to attract new business but seems like an uphill battle since so many industries have left the area. What was the reason for Arizona Chemicals closing? Any idea? As much as I hate G&W its likely an independent AN would simply have been abandoned by this point.

If I'm not mistaken, some of those raw materials they were using almost sound like byproducts of paper making or timber operations, both of which have pretty much disappeared from the Port St. Joe area. This essentially could have been a domino effect from the paper mill's closure.
