Is my computer screwing up?

The sky in this photo loooks very...I can't explain either.

Just tell me is it my computer or do you guys see that funny stuff, too.

Nope, your computer ain't screwed up. My computer also displays that weird looking sky. Looks kind of mosaic.

Maybe it'e pixel exhaustion, or Photoshop gone a bit too far? Fixable though. And it's an interesting looking train. :)

Looks like too much compression when it was saved in Photoshop.....probably should have been rejected for "too much noise" or "too much compression"
