Sad event for all railfans follows....please distribute to any other
lists....
Four days before Hurricane Isabel on Sept 15, 2003, major flooding on the
Red Clay Creek in Delaware left the Wilmington and Western RR in ruins.
Damage is stated to be much worse than Hurricane Floyd on Sept 16, 1999.
