From today's Post Gazette:

"ERIE -- Crews are working to keep a former railroad barge-turned-restaurant from sinking further into Presque Isle Bay on Lake Erie.

"The vessel was once known in Detroit as the Lansdowne Restaurant and offered floating dining in the 1980s from its location off of Hart Plaza in the Detroit River.

"The 324-foot-long barge started taking on water Sunday afternoon, said Eric Guerrin, president of Lakeshore Towing Services."

Strange... how did those decrepit Milwaukee Road cars not fall into the water?
