The "contact us" button does not work. After I used the "contact us" features and depress the "send" button, a window pops-up saying that method is not allowed.???

How can I contact you guys without the "contact us" features ?

I guess you can't. You'll just have to wait until Chris K gets his computer set up so he can look into the problem. Until then, we can't be contacted. :D
