looks like the NS provides as much western power there as they do here in KY. Personaly, I and sick and tired of UP SD70m's and BNSF D9's, it seems like every other train through here has one of those for a leader...now, anything that Santa FE Red and silver (or yellow and blue) is a decent catch...and we to where treated to a MRL SD45 running in the area back in the summer. I made a trip all the way to Oakdale TN to chase the NS 284 back North, with a MRL leader...

good report!!

I know what you mean, about the only thing "foreign"thayt ever runs through here is UP SD70M's.But,you have to look at this way:I would rather see a UP SD70M or a BNSF C44-9W than a NS "trash 9 garbage cab",i mean a "catfish", NS C40-9W.Don't you think the same thing?
