I've attempted to resize a vertical image with a couple of different programs such as IRFanview...and I have it down to 640X961...but I am unable to upload...the system rejects it, stating "it is below the limits" etc etc...

Am I doing something wrong? Suggestions...

Thanks

Hi

I've had problems uploading vertical phots as well?

The last vertical I put up was 582px wide and 819px high.

The first attempt was sized at 800 px high and failed, resized ti 819px went ok.

So, sorry that's not much help to you except to let you know that the system has problems with vertical phots.

I have done verticals with, I vaguely recall, both 800 and 900 on the vertical. Never a rejection!

OK, ha ha, never a rejection for size reasons.

If I remember, later I'll check all the dimensions of my verticals. Love verticals!

My last one I got in from earlier this week was 600x900. I always seem to struggle with size dimensions on the verticals, but keeping the Canon standard ratio worked in this instance...

I prefer 600X800 on my shots, but sometimes like Ween said, let Canon decide. Now on the shot you showed us, is that a shot you're expecting to make the databsae?
