Video rejection

I don't seem to be having much luck with editing my video's as I'm new to this and havn't been able to get one accepted yet, this one was rejected for Video Motion not Fluid. Can anyone please help as what could be the cause and how to fix this problem.

How are you exporting your video and in what programs? It looks to me like your frame rate is substantially less than it should be, which makes for the rigid movement of the subject.

Try exporting at a faster frame rate (usually compressing for very slow internet connections can really crunch your frame rate.) If you're not sure how, let us know what programs you're using to edit and export.
