Poor Video Quality-please explain how

Hi guys!!
I have here a video rejected for shaky camera movement, which I understand, and poor video quality. I have seen accepted videos of comparable quality--hence I am puzzled. All suggestions/criticisms/advice appreciated!! I was caught at the "spur of the moment" without my tripod, and hastily reached for my camcorder to get this video--so the shaky camera movement is understandable.

It's an Amtrak train. Go there the next day with your tripod. No reason to have all that camera movement when you can get the same exact video 365 days a year with a tripod...
