I was in Wadena, Mn when I saw a westbound BNSF container train. The two units were Heritage paint jobs, the lead unit was 757. It was obviously a Dash 9, but the trucks were B-B styles. The fresh chrome trucks seemed out of place in the C-C "wheel wells."

Does anyone know anything about this? I know many spurs and subdivisions are restricted to 4 wheel locomotives, any link?

It was a B40-8 wide cab. ATSF purchased a bunch of high horsepower four axles for intermodal service back in the early 90s. If you look closely, you'll see that they are shorter than a six axle Dash 8.

Thanks for the clarification. I searched the RP database and found some good pics. I had incorrectly remembered the road number, it was 575.
