uploading help needed

When uploading photos I keep getting the message (Reason for Rejection: Invalid filename (use standard ASCII characters only, please!). How can I fix this I am naming my files the same way I have with previous uploads to rail pics that worked. Thanks

the database is kinda quirky about file names for what ever reason... just as a rule of thumb, dont put anything in the file name except letters and numbers.... if thats what you already did, give us a verbatum example of the file name the keeps getting kicked and we will investigate...

The first file name was steam the second one was Q296 .

I got it to work. I made the image smaller and it worked. Thanks for the help
