how would i fix this problem? i guess railvideos does not resize 16:9 type video. :confused:

Rail Vids currently does not automatically resize for widescreen, you need to out put your video in a standard ratio format. Basically it puts a widescreen video in a 4:3 container.

Edit your video in your NLE(video editor) in your widescreen format. When exporting the file to a RV accepted format, make sure you use the following general settings

Size 680x420
Check option to "Keep letterbox format". This keeps it in the proper aspect ratio for the RV video screen. (location of this option depends on your NLE)
Set pixel aspect to 1.000 not 1.333
Set Interlace to: "None" or "Progressive"
Frame Rate: 29.97
Save
Upload
and you are all set.
