Can you help identify this unit?

I saw this unit in Nov of 2003.

EB @ Union Jct. in St. Paul, part of a CP lash-up. I remember seeing lots of BN units with the fixtures on the top growing up in MT. Any info (just for my curiosity) would be appreciated.

The fixtures on the top of the long hood are the air reservoirs. Normally, they would be fitted right above the fuel tank but these exC&NW units had them mounted on top. These GP35's were equiped with 3000 gallon fuel tanks, as opposed to the standard 2600 gallon fuel tank. BN also had some of these units but they were exFrisco locomotives.
