does anyone in here have any pictures of people riding the rails they could send me or post? does this site allow pictures of that? and does anyone else in here hopfreight? also a good site to check out is www.squattheplanet.com its a good site with pictures taken from the train (not the units)

they dont look very much like hobos except for the fact that they are dirty. The one who is waving appears to have a ring and a nice watch on...

Squattheplanet is a really awesome site.

Another good site about modern day hoboing is www.northbankfred.com

It has some pictures of train riding, but i think the most interesting part of the site is the "stories" section. They have various people's accounts of freight hopping from the '60s or so to the present. I find it all pretty interesting, although surfing the web for freight hopping stuff is about as far as my fascination goes.

That site also has an amazing section on boxcar monikers.
