I have been having trouble recently in uploading my videos with a solid white screen showing up in between the upload steps that says "Bad user data." at the top left corner. This was happening alot recently with a clip that is now processed in the que. I noticed that I had "spaces' in the file name, so I took that spaces out, and the video uploaded fine. But, I have been trying to upload another video this morning, with a 4 character file name, with no spaces. All I keep getting between steps 1 & 2 is "Bad User Data"

Any help would be appreciated.

Had a similar problem. Finally figured out I was being timed out due to my upload being only 15kb/s. Now I open two windows and every 10' or so do something in one while my video uploads in the other. Being active stops you from being timed out. Naturally you sign in to both windows and you can be in photos while uploading a video. Just stay active.

Hi Rod,
thank's a lot for that advice. I was asking myself about what could be wrong with my video as I tried all the evening yesterday in uploading a longer-than-usual video with about 4 minutes and a half running time.
I finally cut it the more and more down hoping this will do it.
Fortunately before killing the video entirely I red your lines.
