Today I went up to Old Orchard Beach to (see some trains) watch sisters' softball games. First it rained, which wasn't fun without a waterproof camera. 2 hours of soaking and finally a really long Pan Am ambles by with FOUR GP-38's, one smoky, on the head. Very excited!!! The engine rolls by and I turn the camera to follow. The ground collapses under the tripod due to the temporary earthquake and effectively ruins the video. 113 cars of glory all useless. Now I go to watch it at home. The audio is terrible because the rubber band I put around the battery case went over the microphone. :-x  :x :-x  :x . After the softball games are canceled (2 hours of waiting and not ONE Downeaster, thanks Amtrak.), the family went to the Kennebunk Trolley museum. Can I upload the videos I took there, or was today just a waste of time? :-(

You could post the engines going by with the earthquake. Title examples:
Train passes during EarthQuake! Or something like that. Don't worry, Amtrak might of canceled if the Earthquake was strong enough.
:) Don't worry, I've heard worse.

I agree, let a thread started by a now banned member, be dead for good....
