Video Question

I have quite a bit of video shot in the early 90s that i have stored on VHS tapes. I put it all on a DVD a couple years ago and i was wondering if there is any way i can take clips from that DVD and upload them? is there any computer program that lets you do that?

Nero Recode should allow you to convert the video content of your DVD's to AVI or WMV

Thanks but is there any free program i can download that will do this. I tried this one and after i downloaded it it said i had to buy it.

You get what you pay for. Either pay for it or go to a Best Buy and see if they have any software that will do this, too. Of course, you'll have to pay for it at Best Buy too.

Handbrake (http://handbrake.fr/) is what the kids are using these days for DVD conversion. It's free and it works.
