iMovie 08

Hopefully someone out there can help a noob. I am using iMovie 08 and I am trying to post a video which is 3:12 long. I am having trouble exporting it and getting it under the required 100mb size for posting. Can anyone give me tips for exporting? I am brand new to the Mac and this would be my first post to Rail Pictures so I am fighting a steep learning curve. Thanks for any help!

I can help!

Go to:

File > Export > choose "Expert Settings" from the pop-up box.

A new window will open and you will be able to select "Options..." After clicking on this you will be able to tinker with the save settings (compression type, video ratio, sound quality, etc.) and then select "Ok". You will then see another screen that shows the overall progress of the export.
