Hot off the press:

The new 20D promises significant improvement over
its predecessor, the 10D, with the 8.2 megapixel CMOS sensor,
much faster power on, 9 point AF system, much faster AF,
B&W mode and faster shutter speed, among other features.

All this at the same price of the 10D when it was
introduced in early 2003. If the 20D equals or
surpasses the 10D in reliability, it will be a hit with
amateur photographers - and railfans - around the world.

Shooting film SLR's I'd had two bodies for years, one for a wide-angle lens and another for the zoom lens. I'd been seriously considering purchasing another 10D, but after reading the hype about this new 20D I think this will be the one to add. Can't wait to get my hands on one!

A new flash has also been announced, the 580EX.
