It doesn't get much better than this on the old Santa Fe Transcon in Joliet! A pair of Bluebonnets, SD40-2 1614 and GP50 3167, lead Y JOL202 west past Joliet Union Station and UD Tower, two historical pieces in downtown Joliet. While they're not used by the railroad anymore, Union Station still hosts weddings on the weekends and UD Tower is in the process of being turned into a museum. DuPage Medical Group Field, home of the Joliet Slammers (members of the Frontier League) also stands in the background. If you look very carefully above the station, you'll see the ATSF caboose that always brings up the rear of this local freight.
