cropping help
how would you crop this photo:


Any help would be nice.

Probably cropping some off the bottom and to the left, however the sign, and the crossing blocking a clear view of the train (Foreground clutter) is a fatal rejection for this shot.

I would say as jbrozny said but i will add the cropping from the top of the pic.Its really anice location for catching photos.Try again but with nigher level than that to make clear view for the trucks.

Axels cut off. Crossing signal in the way. Whistle sign is sitting there. I say, next time, Move up closer to the tracks and on the other side of the grade crossing.

Oh, come on now. :) At some point a person deserves to get to start over.

And besides, it's a lot easier to see the issues in other people's shots than one's own. At least it is for me.

Very true, Janusz. I'm sure it would be very hard to find a person who critiques his own work more efficiently and ruthlessly than that of his peers.

I too agree with CR - that Railway Crossing sign just kills the shot!
