When is "train too far in the distance" really too far away??

I fail to understand this::confused:
http://www.railpictures.net/viewreje...53&key=9110365

when I already have these in the DB
[photoid=380211]
[photoid=380447]

plus any number of others taken by a variety of contributors.......

So this latest one is from a tower, not out in the countryside, but the train, the converging lines and the station to the left are all clearly visible.

Any thoughts?

I have a hard time finding the train in the city shot even though I know roughly where it is supposed to be. I have no problem finding it at all in your two examples in the database.

I have to agree with Trey. it's not that easy to figure out where the train is in the photo.

The giant shadow also hurts it.

I would've said PEQ due to the fact that it appears to be more a picture of the building. And then distracting shadows. I found the train pretty easily but it looks like the building is the focus of the picture.

Like Trey and Michael, I had a little trouble finding the train. And I agree with Derek about the shadow. I think there was a shot somewhere that day, but I don't believe this frame is it. Te two other examples you shared are great photographs.
