Can this one be saved?
I shot this picture of a train speeding by. It was rejected for being too blurry. Considering this train passed by at top speed (+/- 140kph / 90mph) I think this shot turned out quite well!
Can anyone help me "unblurrying" this shot? Thanks in advance! http://www.railpictures.net/viewreject.php?id=15627 |
I tried...but it turned out like crap. The parts that are blurry stayed blurry, however some other areas really messed up. Did you compress the photo in photoshop or did you let the rp.net software do it?

No compression on my behalf. I did resize them from 1280x960 to 1024x768.
Remember, this train came by at around 140kph. Some blurryness is unavoidable, especially at this distance. The train could not have been more than 20 meters away! (it was very windy 3 seconds later and my hair will stay wild for at least a week :D) |
I was wondering about the compression because some parts looked blury and other parts grainy, so when I sharpen it, the grainy parts get really bad. :(

That's a pity.
oh well, maybe more luck next time. (not anytime soon thuogh as I have no plans to go "training" for at least half a month) |
