Help with overexposed.
 
I'm not sure why this is considered overexposed . . .

Its horizon is unlevel
That light in the background screws up the picture
The lights on the train are too bright while everything else is dark.

Actually, the horizon was level, the train is sitting on a horrible industrial spur. What about if I crop out that background light?

The lights are too bright and distract from other areas, such as the Happy Holidays sign.

I think that background light is a problem as well as it shines off the caboose. I'd get rid of the blue light and maybe darken it a little and see how it goes, other wise I don't know what to tell ya.
