the first one was the pipes, the 2nd one I am not sure what he was looking at.. The lines of the bridge?

Any opinions are welcome.

It's because it's an SD50, not an SD60.
I don't really see the problem with it, it's not badly oversharpened, but I think the cloud cover might be the problem.

I'm not sure what you mean by that J.

Could be a couple reasons, Ian.

Either J,

A) Had a brain fart
B) One of his kids got hold of the keyboard
C) Just felt like saying Removed Post

:-) hahahaha.

And I thought you left the forums, good point Ben. :p

I visit from time to time. Too many "why isn't railpictures taking my mediocre cloudy shots?!?!?!?!" (no offense Ian) type of people around that just don't want to listen to advice and then like to go from defensive to offensive and blame everyone else.

....basically.

BINGO. Didn't we already have a thread pointing that out?

troy12n 11-07-2010 08:52 AM

Why do you need a separate thread for every rejection? Consolidate them.

travsirocz 11-07-2010 02:36 PM

The lighting is horrible. That will be the final rejection. Not to mention the train blends into the image. If you are going to shoot in poor light, you need to find ways to make the subject pop off the background so that it doesn't just blend in.
