Good evening, ladies and germs -

The underexposure I can definitely fix, but might anybody have any suggestions for the rest? The photo is basically uncropped, so I don't really have any room to work with...

Tough one... I think the empty space (i.e. lake) in the middle is what they see as wrong. You did the right thing of not cutting off the mountain in the background, though.

It doesn't work for me. The front of the train is far too close to the left edge of the frame. It's a great roster shot of muddy water, though.

Yeah, I was hoping that the reflection of the hill in the water would fill in the "void" between the two shores of the river.

And Ron, it's clearly a terrible roster shot - the water is cut off on both sides! :D
