How about cropping too midway between that pole and that blue loco on the right side ( it's shadowed and front coupled anyway) and some sky to just above the cloud bank/line.

i am thinking the histogram is off really and a little bit of level. I think the BC would go away if those things were taken care of.

Try reducing the saturation modestly.
