We must always try to find the humor in any situation. God has a sense of humor for sure. I am reminded of that each time I look in a mirror. :lol:

Would a picture taken 3PM PST qualify as it was 4PM MST when I took it?

What about a picture taken 5PM MDT but with a camera that I hadn't reset the internal clock on?

depends on if you are on DST or not. Also the photo needs to be 4:40, so dig thru all your EXIF's

ccaranna 12-08-2008 07:06 PM

Here, this is close enough.

Isn't MDT shorthand for DST in the Mountain Zone?

We need to nail down our terms before we can move forward.

John Fladung 12-08-2008 07:13 PM

Is there an easy way to look for this? Otherwise it seems like a lot of work to open every photo to look for this...
:D

Railfan Ohio 12-08-2008 07:16 PM

Now, if I did my math correctly over the time zones from what the camera said, and how far it is off real time, this picture was taken at 4:40 Mountain Time:

:-D :-D :-D

Dangit!!! No it was a Monday, I just checked the EXIF data. However, that could be wrong, so when I get the camera (I dont use it anymore) I will check.

Railfan Ohio 12-08-2008 07:21 PM

Come on guys, can't I get one post in?

JimThias 12-08-2008 07:55 PM

4:40?? Are you serious? This thread would have been MUCH more entertaining had you gone with 4:20. :twisted:

It is easier to say 4:40 then it is to say 4:20 whilst your tongue is in your cheek

Not if you're burnin' one. Not that I condone that or anything. :lol:

This is as far back in my archives I'm willing to go, but if rounding to the nearest 5 minute increment is acceptible, here's my winner:

I think the fact I found this takes whoring to a whole new level.

Who can beat my -3 minutes of slop?

I'd look through my pics right now, but RP seems to have taken a dump and I can't view any of my shots. WTF?

I actually do alot of railfanning around 4:40, just not on tuesdays, if you edit the title to Wednesday or Saturdays and EST it would work well for me.
4:34 EST Saturday
[photoid=261548]
4:35 EST Saturday
[photoid=259402]
Even though this one isnt in the DB, 4:38 EST Tuesday, so close!

Anyways thanks for another pointless chance to whore my pictures around :lol:

Closest I could come, four minutes off... but on a Tuesday, and I forgot to adjust my EXIF data!

nanshant 12-08-2008 10:37 PM

Exif data says 4:35PM but my logs show 4:40PM on a Saturday. Does that count?
