Is it just me...

...or is there something seriously wrong with the lower half of this image? Not trying call out the photographer, just seeing if it is my computer or the image. I've opened it in three different web browsers and it looks the same in each one, blurry/pixelated.

No, something is wrong...

Definitely some kind of rendering loss. Good catch.

Same blurry looking something on the bottom here too.

Whew, I thought my eyes were getting worse, especially after I saw that NS photo that is one of the top 24 that is overexposed

Whoa

It looks like he selected the lower half of the photo and did something to it.

The line of selection runs parallel to the bottom of the frame and all the way across the image.

Perhaps he found the "fuzz it up" button.

Looks like Candyland too.

Looks like it caught the admins attention and has since been removed. Again, was not trying to call out the photographer as I am sure it was a mistake that can be fixed.

It looked more like a glitch on RP's end. No way the photographer AND the screener both miss that. I wouldn't be surprised to see it resubmitted in a short amount of time.

It was there last night.

Whatever the issue was (editing error or RP glitch) it looks like a corrected version is now uploaded.
