Bad Motive reject

This photo got rejected for bad motive, which I am a little confused about only because if you look closely you can see the outline of the locomotive and coaches. I think I should appeal, however I would like to get some ideas on what to appeal with. Thanks for any help.

I wouldn't bother. The quality is not very good. It is too noisy and there is horrible blurring in the background.

Well, thank you for being honest with me, it saves me time.

Is that Encinitas? The idea isn't bad, but ditto to what busyEMT said.

You do have an excellent eye for ideas in North County.

Ditto. Also, a tripod would help.

Yes, that's one of my things to get. I tried to balance the camera on a railing, but when that train is coming through there at 80mph, and its blowing its horn like mad, its kind of hard (for me) to hold to camera exactlty still. Thanks for all who posted.
